Abstract:
Poly (glycolide) (PGA), poly (lactide) (PLA) and poly (glycolide-co-lactide) (PGLA) fibers are widely used in medical and other fields as biodegradable materials, PLA fiber is also widely used as a green fiber in the field of clothing, home textiles and other traditional textiles. The preparation, degradation and application of fibers are the focus of this kind of fibers in recent years. The research progress in preparation, degradation and application of this kind of fiber at home and abroad is introduced.

Abstract:
Objective to establish a method for the determination of four residual organic solvents in Poly (glycolide)-lactide (PLGA) by gas chromatography. Methods using gas chromatography, the column was DB-624 column (30m × 0.32, 1.80 μm), the initial temperature was 40 ℃, and maintained for 8min, the temperature was raised to 200 °c at a rate of 10 °c per minute; The inlet temperature was 180 °c; And the temperature of the flame ionization detector was 250 °c. Results four kinds of residual organic solvents methanol, acetone, dichloromethane and toluene can be completely separated, respectively in 10.0~50.0,16.7~83.3,2.0~10.0, the linear range was 3.0-14.8 μg · mL ^-1, the correlation factor r was 0.9998,0.9998,0.9993,0.9997, and the average recovery was 99.9%(RSD = 1.5%),100.8%(RSD = 0.9%),100.1%(RSD = 1.1%),99.5%(RSD = 0.6%). The residual organic solvents in 6 batches of samples were in line with the regulations. Conclusion The sensitivity and precision of this method can meet the requirements of organic solvent residue detection, and it can be used for the determination of 4 residual solvents in PLGA.stowed
